1. Remove sea moss from pacakge
2. Rinse thorougly with filtered or spring water.
3. Soak overnight (Optional) Soak with lime
4.(Optional) Boil sea moss in a medium saucepan filled with fresh water
5.Strain water
6.Blend Sea moss with fresh filtered water in a high-speed blender
7. Blend until smooth
8.Pour into glass jar with lid
9.Store in refrigerator for up to 3 months
